Meet Alyssa Chally, MS, IPHM

As a former collegiate athlete, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing fitness goals with overall well-being. During my college years, I developed orthorexic tendencies and remained stuck in the athlete mindset—focused on fitness and “healthy eating”—for over eight years. After multiple attempts to restore my cycle and health naturally, I found that I was unable to fill in the gaps on my own. With the guidance of a skilled coach, I was able to restore my cycle and achieve a natural pregnancy within six months.

My journey inspired me to help others navigate similar struggles. Over the years, I’ve coached athletes at youth, high school, and collegiate levels, which deepened my passion for empowering women and athletes to restore their health naturally. My approach emphasizes not only physical recovery but also spiritual well-being, recognizing the importance of addressing the whole person.
